We opened a new technology research and training center on the fifth floor of our headquarters building in May 2016. Our employees have easy access to the center by swiping their finger on the fingerprint reader at the entrance. We offer a lot of training programs, study groups, workshops, and a self-study area at the center to provide spontaneous learning opportunities.
We also set up a server room where they can practice networking using actual servers and routers. There is a library stocked with many books that can be used within the center or checked out from the library. The books are selected based on the requests from the employees. We are providing as much support as possible to improve the skills of our employees. In addition to the support offered at the center, we offer skill improvement training at an affiliated IT school, financial assistance to pay for certification courses, bonuses for passing certification exams, and online English conversation classes. Based on our motto “We treat our employees like family”, we are creating a comfortable work environment to ensure the long-term employment, provide a wide variety of practical training opportunities, and help them advance their careers.
Many of our employees provide services to our clients using their information technology skills. In an effort to help them develop their skills to earn the trust of clients, we created a verification environment called "Lab Environment".
Have you ever wanted to get a new personal computer or a smartphone because you wanted to try out their new features? Similarly, if we do not continue to satisfy the needs of our clients through the services we provide, the information technology skills of our employees will become outdated. We created the Lab Environment dedicated to our employees in order to continuously improve their skills.
The Lab Environment consists of “Virtual Server Environment”, “Network Lab Environment”, and “Remote Access Environment”, which allows our employees to access not only from internal network but also from external network via the internet.
Our senior employees host study groups after work hours one to three times a month. This is part of their effort to create an environment of mutual respect where they actively help others using their accumulated knowledge to make a positive impact. Some participants go out together after the study group to get to know each other over dinner.
We created different career paths to help our employees achieve their career goals based on the individual desires and qualifications. They can set their own goal of becoming an IT specialist engineer or a managing administrator. We also have a goal management system to provide support for career goals, knowledge and technical skills, and certification acquirement. We regularly conduct interviews every six months to help them move toward their goals. Moreover, we rotate the employees’ assigned jobs every two to four years in order to help broaden their perspectives and gain different types of work experience
