In May 2016, we opened the technology research and training center on the fifth floor, and in September 2022, we opened the development center on the eighth floor of our headquarter building. By having fingerprint authentication in place, our employees have easy access to the centers.
At each of the centers, we offer a lot of training programs, study groups, workshops, and self-study areas to provide learning opportunities to those who seek it.
There is also a library full of study materials that can be used within the center or be checked out. The books were selected based upon employee requests.
We provide as much support as possible to improve the skills of our employees. In addition, we provide opportunities for our employees to take training courses at an affiliated IT school, financial assistance to pay for certification courses, and online English conversation classes.

Our senior employees host study groups after work hours one to three times a month. This is part of their effort to create an environment of mutual respect where they actively help others using their accumulated knowledge to make a positive impact. Some participants go out together after the study group to get to know each other over dinner.
We created different career paths to help our employees achieve their career goals based on the individual desires and qualifications. They can set their own goal of becoming an IT specialist engineer or a managing administrator. We also have a goal management system to provide support for career goals, knowledge and technical skills, and certification acquirement. We regularly conduct interviews every six months to help them move toward their goals. Moreover, we rotate the employees’ assigned jobs every two to four years in order to help broaden their perspectives and gain different types of work experience
