What is your current work?

I am working from home as a project manager of cloud service implementation projects. Currently, my main duty is client support. I have taken maternity leaves twice and moved to Fukuoka prefecture without changing my job. I deeply appreciate Cybernation for understanding and supporting me to do so.

What makes my job fulfilling

I like teamwork. We listen to clients’ needs, opinions, and feelings, and then put our heads together to make projects successful. Also, I like configurating the system because I can feel like creating something even though I cannot code.

What I want to be in the future？

After my children have grow up, I would like to work full-time as a PMO or in a role that promotes a better life-work balance of employees. I will seek and realize “what I want to do.”
