In order to provide global ICT services, not only are IT skills and English conversational skills required, but also the ability to coordinate with engineers from different cultures. In global ICT projects, you will be dealing with engineers from overseas offices and vendors, and since each country has different customs, attitudes toward work, infrastructure conditions such as electricity and roads, and technology levels, you will be required to take these factors into consideration (project management) when proceeding with your work. In addition, because the time zone of activities differs from country to country, meetings may start early in the morning or late at night. Furthermore, there are many cases where we are required to respond 24 hours a day x 365 days a year. In such an environment, it is both challenging and rewarding to cooperate with engineers from all over the world to carry out work.
