What is your current work?

I am currently in charge of training new employees. When we talk about training, we say that it is about making them grow (change), but I believe that growth only starts when you yourself become aware of it. As a first step towards growth, we encourage them to correct habits and habits that are not good to have, for reasons of lack of social experience, and in particular, we guide them to discover and notice their new abilities. As for the training curriculum, we have prepared ICT basics, CCNA, LPICLevel 1 and business manner courses, and through lectures on actual equipment exercises, we support the acquisition of qualifications and give advice on work methods based on our experience. In order for the trainees to acquire basic ICT knowledge, we encourage them to learn during the The results of learning and passing qualification exams during the course of the training period help build confidence and motivation, and it is our job to build an environment that allows them to grow on their own, bringing about changes that will naturally improve their abilities as they become motivated

What makes my job fulfilling

Most of the new recruits are inexperienced in IT work. When they first joined the company, the concepts of binary and decimal numbers were difficult and took time to understand, but after one month of training, they were able to understand them and it is an irreplaceable pleasure to see how they have grown.
It is also gratifying to see how those who have never touched network equipment or experienced command operations have become accustomed to operating network equipment through the hands-on training.
I believe that my role is to provide a comfortable and polished place to change personalities so that they can make use of what they have learnt during the training period and grow confidently as the one and only for our customers.

What I want to be in the future?

From my own personal experience, there was a time when I worked under a trusted supervisor, I was so enthusiastic about my work and my abilities grew because I wanted to meet his/her expectations. Looking back, I realise that I trusted and respected my boss at that time.
New recruits are strongly influenced by the first supervisor or senior colleague they meet in the company, especially if they have no social experience and join the company with a clean slate. The first step in training a newcomer is to build a relationship of trust with them. It is not an easy task, but I would like to be like my supervisor at that time, who is a role model for me.
