Support for SAP infrastructure implementation

  • Design and construction: engineers with specialised knowledge provide support from design to construction for various project requirements, including new installations, version upgrades and migration of SAP infrastructures.
  • PMO support: overall scheduling of product implementation projects, management of meeting bodies and interpretation and translation support, as well as resolution of cross-cutting issues.
  • Operation and maintenance: support for database management, user management, transfer management, resource management and fault handling.

Support for SAP Councr implementation

  • We support new Concur implementations, subsidiary roll-outs (national and international), module additions and post-implementation maintenance.

Support for contact centre system implementation

  • Requirement definition: proposing and defining requirements for the most suitable UC service for the customer’s intended use and scale.
