What is your current work?
I am currently in charge of training new employees.
I believe that growth is achieved only when one is aware of one’s own growth.
As the first step toward growth, we place importance on making them aware of bad habits and new abilities that they themselves have but are not yet aware of.
As for the training curriculum, we have prepared courses on ICT basics, CCNA, LPICLevel 1, and business manners. If necessary, we provide explanations of the exercises on actual equipment, followed by advice based on our experience on how to think and what points to consider when acquiring qualifications and working.
In order for trainees to acquire basic ICT knowledge, it is our job to build an environment in which they can learn and pass certification exams during the training period, which will help build their confidence and motivate them, and by motivating them, they will naturally make changes to improve their abilities and grow on their own. What makes my job fulfilling
Most of our new employees are inexperienced in IT work. It is an irreplaceable pleasure to see firsthand how they have grown, from taking time to understand binary and decimal numbers when they first joined the company to being able to understand them after one month of training.
It is also a great pleasure to see how those who have never touched network equipment or experienced command operations have become accustomed to operating network equipment through training on actual equipment.
I believe that my role is to first provide a comfortable environment and practice training as a place to learn in order to grow into human resources that customers will be glad to have you handle their needs.
What I want to be in the future?
Basically, we believe that there is no professional in education.
We also believe that the first step in training newcomers is to build a relationship of trust with them.
In particular, we believe that new employees who have no working experience and join a company with a clean slate tend to be strongly influenced by the first supervisor or senior employee they meet at the company.
While being as accommodating as possible to the feelings of new employees, I will only devote myself daily so that I myself can be seen as their first role model.
