We regard the implementation of well-being management, which focuses on people, the source of our business, as the most important issue in our management. The Elder (senior staff) system was introduced to each business group to monitor the attendance and working conditions of group members and to provide advice and support in resolving problems and issues they are facing. As a result, a sense of unity is created between the Elders and the members, leading to increased customer satisfaction in operations.
We have also introduced Well-being tools to visualize the mental state of employees and improve their supervisors’ management and their own self-management, thereby achieving employee Well-being. As a result, we have been able to prevent employees from taking leave or leaving their jobs and improve the productivity of the organization.

Supporting the health aspects of employees is also linked to well-being. Typical examples include physical support such as health checkups, vaccinations, and subsidized access to sports facilities.
For shift workers, medical examinations are conducted twice a year, and the results are checked in a timely manner to ensure that there are no physical health problems.
